How do I join the Otis and Friends Club?

Just drop us a message or email and we will initiate your enrolment - all we need to know is which membership you’d like and how many credits per month. We will then send you a link to set everything up.

What if I go on holiday?

Like a gym membership, your payment will remain the same. Your unused credits will be carried over to the following month. Or you can  pause your membership if you think you won't be able to use all your carried over credits (you can do this 2 times per year max).

What if I don’t use all my credits in a month?

You can carry over your credits for up to 3 months. If you haven’t used all your credits by then you’ll lose your carried over credits.

Can I downgrade or upgrade?

Of course, any changes you’d like to make please always get in touch with us and please allow 2 weeks for the changes to be made. The price changes will be reflected in the following month's direct debit.

How do I know how many credits I have left?

Once you’ve signed up we will share a document where you can track how many credits have been used and how many you have left. The document will be updated on a weekly basis at the end of the week.

Can I be a “pay-as-you-walk” customer?

Yes you can but please note membership clients will have priority when booking walks. The price for Pay-as-you-walk is higher than the membership one.  Ad-hoc walks will need to be paid at the time of booking in order to be confirmed.
